NT-10000 es aplicación en contextos públicos y es adaptado al segmento de frecuencias especifico asignado. A diferencia de los sistemas tradicionales de tecnología LMDS que operan en esta banda la tecnología e-Tera® se basa en modulación OFDM con duplexación por tiempo (TDD) lo cual permite un mejor aprovechamiento de la banda
